Every organization that has the desire of becoming better or rather with the urge for
improvement will always make changes. Change is the best thing that can happen to any
organization. Change can either be imposed due to circumstances or can be planned to take place
to improve the organization. The change can be from the external world in business or can
develop internally out of the desire to become much better or to meet the customer needs.
Change management, therefore, will be inevitable as long as a company wished to be much
better. It is having understood that the management of any organization needs to realize that
some factors may hinder the changes. Some other factors are so challenging to the point that they
can bring the organization into a standstill. However, with determination and proper change
management, it is most likely that the change and progress will work for hand in hand, thus
making the company much better.
In the organization, there is one significant change that is currently happening. The
