Knowledge is an essential asset in most organizations. It’s the only source of an
organization’s competitive advantage. Nowadays, knowledge is viewed differently. Unlike in the
past where people used to work in the same organization for the rest of their lives, nowadays
people tend to be in search of knowledge. Once they receive it, they transfer to other better
organization. Knowledge hoarding among individuals can lead to the downfall of the
organization since it’s through sharing and collaboration that the firm can become more
