To bridge this gap, you decide to create a never before used employee performance review and evaluation process. The document will be used to engage employees in discussions and action plans related to their growth, evolution and development, which must be linked to organizational goals. Draft a process and a fillable template (tool) that you can use for the entire employee group with a focus on enhancing organizational behaviour. Step 2: Using the scenario outlined above, and your working knowledge of organizational behaviour, outline the key contents of an effective performance planning and evaluation process. Be attentive to describing each component part of the process you are designing, linking all content back to the goal of enhancing organizational behaviour and culture. Take the process once completed and create a fillable form that you will use to guide your discussions and followthrough. The form will be used to document the information gathered during individual processes and reinforce desired employee growth and professional development plans while seeking feedback from the individual being evaluated. You must design the program from the scenario provided. If there is information that you require that is not noted in the scenario, just make your own assumptions but ensure to note them in your assignment. Step 3: 1. The assignment details should be captured in 500 – 750 words PLUS a fillable form. It will be marked based on the rubric below. 2. Your assignment is to be submitted in MS WORD format.
