2-   The International Criminal Law's  jurisdiction is limited to certain type of crimes which were characterize as core crimes such as Genocide, Crimes against Humanity, War Crimes. Discuss Two crimes of the above mentioned crimes, analyze its history and elements. Offer an example for each of the two crimes using the case law (international tribunals, national courts) Explain how the court applied the law on the selected case.

1-   The ICC is the first permanent, treaty based, international criminal court intended to end impunity for the perpetrators of the most serious crimes of concern to the international community. Discuss the conditions that lead to the creation of the ICC, analyze the jurisdiction of the ICC, its relationship with the Security Council and evaluate the achievements of the court and its future role.
