A. Currently, several organizations have linked their networks and systems to the external
environmental world through e-business.
B. The purpose of this article is to propose a method of developing a facilitated process of
incident response planning through the use of a technology known as ‘GSS.'

Background
A. Collaborative Engineering (CE) is defined as the approach of deployment and design of
collaborative processes and collaborative technologies.
B. The third step is activity decomposition, in which the six collaboration patterns are
involved.

Discussion
A. The primary objective of the study was to develop a predictable, repeatable, and
transferable collaboration process for creating IRP.
B. The study analysis applied different steps that are necessary for the IRP of any
organization.

Conclusion
A. Based on the study conducted, every organization is supposed to ensure that it has an IRP
for minimizing the effect of a disruptive incident.
B. The primary aim of conducting the study was to develop and assess a collaborative
