In the second part of your plan, perform a SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunity, and Threats) on your chosen organization and provide an analysis of these results in light of the problem or issue under study. Based on your SWOT analysis, explain how the problem or issue impacts the organization and its competitive position within the industry.

Introduction
A SWOT analysis is an instrumental technique, which allows a company to identify its
strengths and weakness, and so prepare for opportunities that are open to them, and the threats
they will most probably face. It usually helps a company to curve their niche in the market.
Samsung, for instance, has faced a lot of competition recently that has caused a lot of changes in
the acceptance they would experience in the past. This leads to the fact that they are supposed to
analyze their strengths and weaknesses to see to it that they are ready to face the threats ahead of
them. This takes place as they take advantage of the opportunities that present themselves to
them.

One of the critical strengths of Samsung is that they have very high research and
development expenditure that brings about a very patent portfolio, among most technology
