Healthcare organizations aim to improve patient satisfaction by increasing the quality and
safety of healthcare services. Healthcare organizations like the Center for Medicare and
Medicaid Services (CMS) ensure that they track patient satisfaction for health organizations in
the United States. Keeping track of patient satisfaction is a significant activity because patient
gain a voice power to expose poor healthcare services and the upcoming needs that are not
