perspective, successful manager’s needs basic skills which will help them to
meet the success they are seeking t attain. Therefore, according to me I believe
a successful manager will be required to good planning and communication skills
to execute their duties effectively. These two skills are very essential in the
running of any business activity.
A manager is required to plan and plan well for the
organization to attain its strategic objectives. Poor planning leads an
organization to fail attaining its strategic objectives. On the other hand
communications helps in making sure all information circulates the organization
and all employees know what is happening and they can also give their views to
help them improve on the standards. The two skills are very important to the
success of a manager.
