Introduction

Sallie Mae is a patient suffering from several illnesses. One of the major ones is the congested
heart failure that is a result of several symptoms in her body. She, therefore, seeks medical
attention form one of the hospitals, where she becomes treated and discharged. However, her
caregivers must visit her to make sure that she is fine.
Problems mentioned in the case
One the major problems that Sallie Mae Fisher has is a chronic illness of congestive heart failure.
She is also diagnosed with an Astrial fibrillation and hypertension problem. She is constantly out
of the hospital due to the chronic heart illness that she has. Due to staying at home for very long
periods of time, she also has increased dyspnea, where she spends several days, making sure that
she treats the illness. Due to this illness, she has gained a lot of weight and experiences some
chest pains. She, however, has no one to support her, since she is a window, and the only
daughter she has does not live with her.
