I will stick to my own ethical compass and will not to go against
my ethical standards. I will examine the circumstance with my boss. I will
disclose to him/her that I am uncomfortable with the solicitation and state my
reasons why and position in a conscious and expert way. I will also offer a
recommendation for a substitute strategy that would be in accordance with my ethical
standards. That way I will not just declining his/her solicitation or order but
offering an answer.
Assuming I am a cop watching a local location amid the day and see a vehicle speeding through a school zone. The vehicle is timed driving 15km/h over the posted pace limit. I turn on my watch auto lights and plan to pull over the speeding vehicle.
The speeding vehicle stops and when I approach the auto I find that the driver is a taking a break cop from a neighboring district. The enjoying some downtime officer endeavors to make light of the way that he was speeding through a school zone. He anticipates that I will amplify "proficient kindness," look the other way and not issue an activity reference.
Please let me know if you need any clarification. I'm always happy to answer your questions.
