Persuasive and Social Networking Analysis
In the current world of dynamic technologies, human behavior has tremendously
changed. The way people communicate and interact amongst themselves have, therefore
transformed, owing to the use of technologies. Social network analysis can, therefore, be used
as a tool to identify people with shared interests and needs. On the other hand, persuasive
analysis helps in convincing the general public through education on the importance of
practicing a particular activity. The two strategies can thus be used to develop a policy that
seeks to minimize energy use and wait times in the Smart City environment.
Social networking analysis
First and foremost, networking analysis will help in gathering information from
regular passengers. Various social media platforms will enable train managers in collecting
data from passengers such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. By carrying out an online
survey about passenger needs and conveniences, social networking can help find identifying
the challenges that passengers undergo (Serrat,2017). These challenges could emanate from
delays at departure lounges, poor customer care services. Thus, such information helps design
new policies that are geared towards ensuring the passengers continue to enjoy high-quality
services from bus train in a smart city environment (Serrat,2017).
Secondly, policy implementation comes later after conducting a thorough and
