As you all know from the reading this week, the project charter does things like define the roles of those involved, identifies the objectives of the project, names the primary stakeholders, and it defines the authority of the project manager. It ultimately is a reference for people to look at in the future if there are any questions about the project. The specific responsibilities include being the project's CEO and sponsoring director. The project manager has to establish the project organization, establishing and maintaining the project plan, managing and controlling the project, communicating the project status, and escalating any issues or unresolved problems to appropriate level in a timely manner. When it comes to establishing the organization, the project manager defines the relationship between themselves, the functional managers, task manager, and upper management. They will also have a voice in maintaining the integrity of the project during its lifecycle entirety. The project plans are established in coordination with the organizations that are involved. also make decisions regarding operational requirements and specifications. They will The project manager will manage and control the project by doing things like controlling the funding and being active in the budgetary and scheduling deliberations.
