which managers can rely on and make good decisions. For example, the management
principles Fayol brought have helped in understanding the nature of business
and governing the employees to make sure they are in a position of meeting the
principles helped in making work more simple and realistic as better working
relations came into play and there is a chain of command within the
organizations to reduce interpersonal conflicts. As a result power was brought
in and managers can give directions. However, some managers misuse these privileges
to punish their juniors.
