Executive Summary: Marketing Plan
Annual marketing plans is part of the most well researched, financed and detailed section
in my organizations leadership responsibilities. Essentially, service industry is very competitive
and dynamic, hence more up to date market analysis and awareness is critical in maintaining and
growing the market share. In particular, my organization is an insurance company situated in
Atlanta, Georgia. The insurance industry in the State is highly competitive with most of the
insurance firms offering the same policies and similar description of their products. The premium
paid for various policies in the competing firms is mainly determined by the value of the
property insured and the classification of risk. The competing firms promote their product using
