Can you think of an example of a top-level manager that either positively or negatively impacted the ethics (or lack of ethics) within an organization?

Top level management is the highest level of management in an organization. This level of management comprises of individuals like the Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O), the Chief Operational Officer(C.O.O)), the Chief Financial Officer (C.F.O),  the Chief Marketing Officer (C.M.O) and others. These personnel's are the head or executives in a given organization and give the overall go ahead of the company.

They give instructions to the middle level management, and if any one personnel fails in his/her  duties, it affects the company negatively and vice versa. therefore each and every executive should be keen and effective in their management considering the organizations rules and regulations, and maintain companies ethics too.

An example is like for the Chief Operatioal Officer who fails to conduct his/her duties, failure to plan of the daily operations down the hirachy, this will definately affect the organization negatively because its operations will not be accomplished as expected, therefore, all executives should give a sgtrong foundation in any organization.
