Understanding how to support and move forward with this growth is essential for a health care manager.

Research and prepare a proposal to address the following health care topic/issue:

An assisted living center wants to add a fitness studio, staffed by licensed Physical Therapists.

You will need to use a document template for this assignment. Templates may be found by searching Microsoft Word. A few examples include the "Business Plan" and "Project Scope Report" templates. You will need to edit the template headers to be applicable to this assignment, but retain the overall design elements to create a clean, professional-looking document.

Introduction
An assisted living is a method of housing and restricted care whereby aged individuals
who require assistance for their daily activities and they do not require attention in a nursing
home. The house can be either in apartments, individual rooms or even shared quarters. They
offer services such as meals programs, monitoring of medications, personal care like bathing,
dressing laundry services and housekeeping services (Mayer et al., 2011). They also provide
social and recreational activities. Madison Assisted Center is a community based assisted living
center which offers the services needed by the aged in the quarters. The Center provides different
types of housing including apartments and individual rooms. The center has employed several
specialists like medical specialists and housekeepers. Previously, the Center hosted few patients,
but due to the growing number of patients, it discovered that it is in an emergency need of a
fitness studio. This is proposal research on the items that are needed for starting the fitness
studio.
Goals and Objectives
Patients have been reporting various problems which are related to physical fitness. The
difficulties include general body weakness, gaining weight as well as legs weakness. For the past
period, the patients have been able to access outside environmental services but due to the
