this entails the distribution of resouses and assigning employees tasks and guidelines on how to caryy them out.roles are also asiged to employees during this stage.
the manger motives and supports the employees to see that they are in a position to be effective and are in line with the set plan for the organisation.
the manager has to evaluate the results achieved against the plan and the goals of the organisation.
myself after being promoted to be a manager had an easy time .this is because i had worked in the organisation for several years and was in good terms with every one ,this actually gave me an easy time towards managing the organisation
