The subject of workplace health and safety is of concern since the nurses are exposed to
a couple of diseases and many more concerns during their work and duties especially when
attending to their patients. With this being put in mind, the hospitals should ensure that they
have the right equipment and are protected from any harm (Whitehead, 2006)

The nurses duties are so much concerned with the patients meaning that they take care
of the patients day to day. It is thus important that they use the right equipment and are well
taken care of in terms of healthcare and medication. With this, the nurses will be able to attend
to the patients efficiently and confidently.
