What is the difference between an operational audit and a financial statement audit?  Explain.

Financial statement audit is the review of the financial statement of a company or any other legal entity, resulting of the publication of an independent on whether or not those financial statements are relevant while Operational audit is a structured review of the systems and procedures of an organization in order to evaluate whether they are being conducted efficiently and effectively.
