Mary Parker Follet was a woman born in 1868 at Quincy, Massachusetts.
She is well known as a theory writer who published several books in her life, having the idea of introducing human relations into industrial management. She worked as a voluntary social worker and helped in opening of social centers. in 1918, she published a book on community which helped many in human relations.
This social worker had her own principles like how to live as a true leader with quality human relations, and also on conflict resolution, she was after bringing the community together helping on how to live with one another genuinely, and curbing misunderstandings.
