Need law help with Separate court system

In 1899 we created a separate court system for juveniles recognizing they needed to be treated differently in the system. Cases like these create a balancing act. On one hand, we do not want the two systems to be exactly alike. However, we do not want to violate the constitutional rights of anyone, adult or juvenile.

Are there any rights that should not be given to juveniles? Why or why not?

Since juveniles are minors, they have to be given a special treatment to protect them. As a result, there are certain rights that shouldn't be given to them. The adjudications of all juveniles should be heard by judges as the juveniles do not have a right to receive a trial precided by a jury of their peers due to their age. They also shouldn't be given a right to a bale as well as a public as the primary reasons they are sent to juveniles stations is to keep them away from the public as they correct their behaviors keeping them away from the public.
