The first step of problem solving is identifying the problem and be clear and exact about it. The second step is to create a list of possible solution and brainstorm ideas concerning the solution, the third step is is deciding or agreeing on the most effective, efficient ideas with the least side effect and the one that is cheaper. the fourth step is trying out the solution complete with feedback and results and the last step is to review the work done and assess the impact of the solution and study the results.
