Review the presentation in the text dealing with human error; and, in your own words discuss your personal thoughts on the subject, using a separate resource for reference to support your view.

The source material includes varying and correct forms of integration (ie: paraphrased and directly
quoted material is used and cited properly).
Sources used are at the appropriate academic level.
