Open the OnlineLearningPlan-03.docx start file. If the document opens in Protected View, click the Enable Editing button so you can modify it. The file will be renamed automatically to include your name. Change the project file name if directed to do so by your instructor, and save it.Change user name and initials. Click the Tracking launcher [Review tab, Tracking group] to open the Track Changes Options dialog box. Click the Change User Name button to open the Word Options dialog box. Type your first and last name in the User name text box in the Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office area. Type your first and last initials in lowercase letters in the Initials text box. Check the Always use these values regardless of sign in to Office box. Click OK to close the Word Options dialog box and click OK to close the Track Changes Options dialog box.Display the Reviewing pane and reject changes. Click the Display for Review drop-down list [Review tab, Tracking group] and select All Markup to view the document with comments and proposed changes visible. Click the Reviewing Pane drop-down arrow [Review tab, Tracking group] and select Reviewing Pane Vertical. Place your insertion point at the top of the document. Click the Next button [Review tab, Changes group] to select the first change (Left: 1″). Click the top half of the Accept button [Review tab, Changes group] to accept the change and move to the next change. All of the remaining changes in the document are accepted. Place your insertion point at the top of the document and click the Next button [Review tab, Comments group] to move to the first comment. Apply the Heading 2 style to all subheadings (underlined) in the document.Insert a table of contents into the report. Place your insertion point in front of the first main heading in the document (“Purpose of this Plan”) and press Ctrl+Enter to insert a page break. Click Apply to close the dialog box and apply the number format change.Insert and modify content in the footer. Place your insertion point at the beginning of the document. Click the Document Info button [Header & Footer Tools Design tab, Insert group] and select Document Title from the drop-down list to insert the Title document property field. Press the right arrow once to deselect the document property field and press Tab to move to the center preset tab stop. Click the Document Info button, select Document Property, and select Company from the drop-down list. Press the right arrow once to deselect the document property field and press Tab to move to the right preset tab stop. Click the Page Number button [Insert tab, Header & Footer group], select Current Position, and select Bold Numbers from the drop-down list. Position the insertion point before the last subheading (“How are Courses and Programs Selected for Online Learning Delivery?”) on page 2 of the report. Press Ctrl+Enter to insert a page break.Insert a cover page and modify content control fields. Place your insertion point at the top of the document. Click the Cover Page button [Insert tab, Pages group]. Select the Retrospect built-in cover page from the drop-down list. The cover page displays before the first page of the document.Figure 3-112 Select and delete content control field Click the Subtitle (“Document Subtitle”) content control field handle and press Delete (Figure 3-112) to delete the entire content control field. Click the Author content control field handle and press Delete. Confirm the insertion point is on the blank line where the Author field was deleted. Click the Quick Parts button [Insert tab, Text group], select Document Property, and select Manager from the drop-down list. Apply bold formatting to the Company document property field. Type www.spccd.edu in the Address (“Company Address”) field. The web address changes to lowercase (Figure 3-113).Update the table of contents. The Update Table of Contents dialog box opens (Figure 3-114). Select the Update entire table radio button. Click OK to close the dialog box and update the table. Save and close the document (Figure 3-115). Upload and save your project file. Submit project for grading.

Create a 3D plane to situate a 3D scene. This will serve as the base for the rest of the objects in your world. Depending on your 2D image this plane may be used to represent a desk, the ground, a table, or something else entirely. It will be important to work on this first so you will understand the scope of the world your camera will be traversing. A plane is also a relatively simple shape so it will be a good place to start when managing the placement of different objects in your scene. Remember, you will need to take into account where the plane is located in relation to the 3D object you developed during a previous milestone (which used multiple 3D shapes). Apply horizontal, vertical, and depth camera navigation around a 3D scene. It is recommended that you use the following keyboard controls to manipulate the basic camera movement: WASD keys: These keys should be used to control the forward, backward, left, and right motion. QE keys: These keys should be used to control the upward and downward movement. Apply nuanced camera controls to a 3D scene. It is recommended that you use the following mouse controls to allow a user more specific input options for how they view the 3D scene: Mouse cursor: This should be used to change the orientation of the camera so it can look up and down or right and left. Mouse scroll: This should be used to adjust the speed of the movement, or the speed the camera travels around the scene. Create perspective and orthographic displays of a 3D scene. Use the tap of a keyboard key to allow a user to change the view of the scene between orthographic (2D) and perspective (3D) views at will. (Hint: check the glViewport and the glOrtho functions.) For consistency, please use the letter “P” keyboard key. To accomplish this work, you will be switching the function call to retrieve either the perspective or orthographic projection matrix. Note that you will be keeping the camera in the same orientation that you already developed. Create code that follows a logical flow without syntax errors. The code you create has to be executable and all the code that is included needs to be reached by the execution. Note that not everything should be written in a single function and your work should be well-modularized. Apply coding best practices in your creations. Pay particular attention to the way you format and comment your code. Program code should be easy to read and follow industry standard code formatting practices, such as indentation and spacing.
