The healthcare sector is very delicate and needs to be treated with so much care as it is
directly concerned with the life of human beings. Healthcare sector is a broad term that umbrella
several subunits that work together to provide quality healthcare services to the community.
Among the many units under the healthcare sector, we have the community nurse that is recently
getting so much attention. Community nurse in the healthcare sector is also commonly known as
public health nurses. The community health nurses are a group of registered nurses (RNs) who
are specially trained to provide healthcare services in various public settings (Blue, Shove,
Carmona, & Kelly, 2016). There are different public settings where these healthcare services
may be provided, and some examples of them include county departments, schools, businesses,
churches, and correctional facilities such as jails and prisons. The community nurses usually
work very closely with the communities as caregivers, and because of this, they often form close
