Question 1: Public Health Nursing
Q1.a. Identify educational preparations and skills recommended for case managers.

preparations to help them accomplish what is expected from them when dealing with their
clients. While some skills are learned informally through life experiences, others are always
learned theoretically when the case managers are in training sessions. According to Frankel,

The second important skill for case managers is the ability to apply good communication
that enable them convey and obtain accurate information from their clients. Since a case manager
relies on communication as an avenue of carrying out the basic responsibilities, he/she is
expected to show much ease when communicating with clients from different backgrounds.

verbal communication, use of body languages, gesturing, and vocalism. The third important skill
