1. Define the importance of leading effective change within an organization
Change in organizations is considered a constant factor. Thus, leaders are always at the
forefront to implement and evaluate change. However, it is vital to determine the significance of
change in an organization before planning and even executing it. Changes that are not consistent
with organizational goals and objectives are unlikely to minimize problems. Any change should
have the primary goal of improving performance and the overall effectiveness of an organization.
