A school community is composed of community, teachers, students, parents, and city
education officials (Hardman, Egan, & Drew, 2017). The members of the school community
who will be in the committee are a community representative, teacher, student representative,
parent representative, and city education official. Parents are in contact most of the time with
their children, and therefore, they can easily teach their children at home to accept students from
different backgrounds. Students experience discrimination daily in school and thus, have a clear
picture of what discrimination is based on different factors such as social and economic class.
Teachers and the community also observe various forms of discrimination daily in school and
therefore, can give a clear picture of the racism in school. and finally, city education officials
will ensure that the policies made don't go against the city education laws.
Both short-term and long term plans will be used in ending polarization. The short-term
plans refer to those that are achievable within a short time. To end academic polarization in the
school, the combination of children from all backgrounds in the same classes is mandatory.
When the children study in one category, they will interact, and slowly, the barriers which exist
between the students will fade. The second strategy is to mix the students in their sitting
