Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!
Cloud computing is a type of internet computing process which uses a shared pool of resources in demand. it is used to store and process data in third party, meaning it doesn't store information by itself. It is therefore widely used by small businesses since its not much reliable like the microsoft to be used by international businesses.
Cloud computing has got several disadvantages like; security whereby there is a lot of data insecurity when it comes to storage. It also has a great possibility of breakdown since when the cloud computing internet goes off you also go offline. Another disadvantage is that it is inflexible such that you cant insert any document that has been prepared in another application. Lastly its too costly although it may seem cheap at first.
Cloud services don't replace the microsoft desktop because in microsoft data is processed and stored directly unlike in cloud services whereby all is done by third party. Microsoft is easy to manage not as the cloud computing which is challenging when it comes to management.
