Many individuals when considering to stop smoking believe they can quit cold turkey. However it only has a small percentage of about 5% that it will actually work. However this form of smoking cessation is free and actually saves the individual money.
Some cons include the actual physical ailments associated with withdraw from the tobacco. This could include irritation, anger, and the individual may become dependent on other items such as alcohol or even food. Although the individual may cure there cravings they still have psychological reasons as to why they started smoking in the first place.
