The following paper is an analysis of strategic planning in business and consists of four
parts that include; managers decision tools, the evolution of management, manager’s decision
support tools, and managerial planning.
Part 1
Manager’s Decision Tools
The three-level management is of great importance to the organization as it will assist in
the management of human capital. The three-level management has Top management that
consists of the CEO, president, vice-president, and the board of directors. Also, it involves
middle-level managers that are; general, department, and branch managers. The low-level
managers are foremen/women, section leads, and supervisors (Bierman et al. 2016). Having the
three-level management system will allow the organization to have a better implementation of its
policies. In this way, there will be higher chances of reaching the organization’s objectives.
The size of the organization is of the utmost importance while seeking to apply the threelevel management (Kiechel, 2012). The system prefers a large corporation that consists of a
management team with a significant number of people. The division of the leadership into levels
gives the organization a better perspective of the challenges that are part of the daily activities.
The breaking down of the roles leads to prompt completion of tasks irrespective of the size of the
workforce. A keen analysis of the situation indicates that the three levels of management allow
the organization to remain relevant while handling a large enterprise.
