organization. It’s crucial to depicts clear understanding of the organization prospective to all
personnel to ensure that they strive towards a certain goal. This fosters transparency across all
levels of the organization employee’s goals are as well as the individual tasks required to reach
those goals (Maier, 2007). There should be complete clarity in the reporting relationship as well
