Question description

Hi, I have a midterm project due soon and I've become stuck. The project is to use my birth year, 1999. To come to the numbers 1-60. Meaning I have to use the numbers 1, 9, 9, 9 in order, using subtraction, multiplication, addition, division, powers, etc to equal the numbers 1-60. For example:

((-1+9)(9))/√9= 24 , 19-√9+9=25 , and so on.

But I've become stuck at the following numbers:

23, 32, 34, 38, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 61, 64, 65, 67, 68, 70, 74, and 76.
