We know the ideal gas equation as

PV = nRT

where the variables have their known meanings.

Since it is a rigid cylinder, so volume will not change i.e. V is constant.

This implies P is directly proportional to T as n and R are already constant

As we are given P1 = 10atm, T1 = 100C= 100+273.15 = 373.15K  , T2 = 0C = 0+273.15 = 273.15K

Now P2/P1 = T2/T1

So P2/10 = 273.15/373.15

P2 = 0.732 * 10

P2 = 7.32 atm

Hence final pressure of nitrogen is 7.32 atm
