As Christians, we are called to serve as leaders. As a Christian, one should lead by
example so that others can follow. There are different circumstances that we can lead. The most
important thing is to influence other people to do the right thing. There are times we as leaders
can influence people to do the wrong thing and that is not how Christ wants it to be. There is the
need to include in our leadership style the teachings of Christ, which is to lead by examples and
let people do the right thing. We all have different ways of doing things but a great leader will
ensure everyone`s purpose is served. “There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit
