Coping with trauma are similar in many ways. The methods
used are aimed at making sure the traumatized person gets relieved from the
traumatic experience they have under gone. May it be religious coping or other
non religious methods the supporters work on making sure the affected person
has gotten the best results and they are in a position of going back to the
original state before they were affected? The only difference the religious
method brings is that they are more of spiritual practice where they seek
divine intervention. But in other angles they are similar.
