circle’ in the college that has the ambitions of expanding the digital skills of the students. The

groups, and social media training workshops. According to the authors, the narrative exchange
that is digitally enabled can only be possible if there is a spatial boundary zone that will facilitate
the exchange. The article notes that there is a need to have open access to the infrastructures of
the institution or have personal digital technology gadgets such as mobile phones, which will
