It is often said that we cannot know how to motivate others until we know what motivates us, so what motivates you? And as a leader, how do you prefer to motivate others to achieve goals? Finally, what is the danger in applying the same motivation techniques to all of your followers? Use Northouse's discussion on Path-Goal theory as your basis for your arguments.

It is often said that we cannot know how to motivate others until we know what motivates
us, so what motivates you?
Several factors motivate me. First is the desire to do better. I believe that working
towards a goal is more important than financial returns. Achieving a goal is more rewarding than
money because you learn more about yourself and your capabilities. Second, are rewards. When
you perform well and get bonuses, you feel that your efforts were recognized and this makes you
feel even more motivated to do better.
The third aspect of motivation is my family. They have supported me ever since I was
young, and I would be happy to help them as well. Whenever I achieve a goal no matter how
small, my family is always there ...
