Database management process has gone through several changes and advancements;
it is important to embrace these changes in the business organizations. The type of database
architecture that is used by the organization is mainly dependent on the size of the
organization and the technological ability. Our organization has grown rapidly over the years
hence making it necessary to come up with more developed database architecture to manage
the operations. There is such a wide variety to choose from, and so I would recommend three
main ones which are Network, hierarchical and relational database architectures.
Network Database Architecture Type
Network database architecture is a database that allows several users to access
information at the same time from different places using different devices. The network
database model is normally designed in a manner that looks like an upside-down type of a
