competitive, it must maintain a constant change of their operations. However, change can either
be external or internal depending on the problem to be solved. Internal change within and
organization can be caused by; the type of management and its policies, employee’s attitude and
leadership style. The external environment can be affected by social, cultural, political, and
technological factors. However, the success of an organization depends on how it responds to
both the internal and external factors. The top management should be aware of all the factors that
can lead to business failure and the procedure to overcome them. Notably, managers should
ensure that all the policies implemented are focused towards the achievement of the organization
