Organizational culture represents the way an organization conducts its operations. It is
based on the organization's perceptions, beliefs, and customs. The culture practiced in an
organization can change over time. Examples of cultures include cut-throat and family-friendly
cultures. Organizational structure implies the way business is registered (Griffin, 2016).
Examples of organizational structures are sole proprietorships, partnerships, and corporations.
The organization’s culture and structure influence the ethics and relationships that employees
