Scientific Methods
The Scientific methods is a research approach that enables researchers to systematic
construct an accurate and conclusive representation of a sample of study about a given
phenomenon. The scientific method entails conducting an observation, and stating the
phenomenon, formulation of a hypothesis, and finally predicting the outcome of the study
(Coolican, 2017). The study question is used to form the basis of either accepting or rejecting the
hypothesis.
It is important to follow all the steps of a scientific method to come up with a reliable
outcome that can help in making a substantive conclusion about the research phenomena. The
research about "lack of effective leadership in an organization" followed all the four steps of a
scientific method of research to conclude the causes and effects of ineffective leadership in
different organizations (Siu, 2016).
