Explain the difference between individual and institutional discrimination, giving examples

Discriminative acts happen either institutionally or individually. However, we find that
individual discrimination contains characteristics such as biasness and consciousness ((Whitley Jr
& Kite, 2016). To deal with individual discrimination, we can remove people involved in the evil
act from their current position and give the position to leaders who are integral and fair. A good
example is where hatred exists in the individual involved or in either way, the person prefers their
friends or relatives for the position. Institutional discrimination is however different. Comparing
