The job vacancy being advertised is the position of the City Manager. As this position
deals much with leadership of the people of the public, the job position requires a person who
can exhibit certain skills or characteristics in leadership. For every candidate who would like to
apply for the position, there are various traits which they should portray in order to be able to fit
for the job position. For this job description, the candidate needs to display characters of having a
public motivation, being committed to the interest of the public and love to the other members of
