Building good relationship is a vital element in ensuring that success is sure for a
company or organization that has been in the market or even for a start-up business, in simple
language one would define it as a communication process that strategically seeks to enhance
good relationships between an organization and the public. Cultivation of good relationships is
on the basis of communicating through traditional channels which we as individuals use on a
daily routine without incurring lots of expense, just a bit of your time in scrolling through to get
