Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) comprises of a broad
spectrum of infections that affect the genital tract in females.



The patient is Hispanic female aged 23 years.



She complains of a dull pain in the lower abdomen that
experienced in the last three weeks.

Epidemiology






Pelvic inflammatory disease is common among young
