One way the community can advocate for resilience is through socialization training. Review Chapters 1, 2, and 3 in your text and conduct research in the Library to apply your knowledge on how the environment and socialization can influence the behavior of individuals. For this Assignment, you will:
Part 1
Identify key factors in the environment that can influence behavior in both a positive and negative manner.
Part 2
Illustrate the relationship of community programs to increasing socialization in children. Discuss how this can be used to promote resilience.
Part 3
Prepare a plan for a community program that aligns with qualities that were highlighted in Part 1 and 2. Show how socialization can be used to promote positive behavior in children and increase resilience.

Introduction
According to Peters, Leadbeater & McMahon (2004), organizations have come forth to
ensure that children are supported and listened to through various means today. It is crucial to
recommend and campaign for those whose feelings are not taken seriously by the broader
demographic. The community uses a strategic socialization training point of view to ensure that
it hits the nail on the head; this is a central concept to achieve resilience in the children. The
paper discusses how the environment and organizations influence resilience.
Part 1
The environment is defined by a thick layer of composition that will influence an
individual’s behavior either positively or negatively. Environmental factors such as family,
peers, school, community, and media and technology critically define what a child will assume
once they become of age. Families, for instance, contributes a significant position in the creating
of emotions the children acquire. This could be either positive or negative (Isenberg &
Quisenberry, 2002). Take a family that experiences financial constraint, for example. The
parents’ economic circumstances will influence the children's emotions, which will imply
distress where the family is poor. A family relationship always contributes to given risk
behavior. That is why organizations are developed to create countermeasures to ensure the
protection of such vulnerabilities.
