The four things that are suggested to create a culture that is compatible with change
include, making a strong case that shows the evidence of its importance, establishing a vision
that helps to see long term benefits, sustaining change that helps endure pressure and
anticipating maintenance. Of the four, I believe that being able to sustain change is the most
important. The reason for this is because change for most people is uncomfortable and is often
