Groups and teams are special entities that play a critical role in helping organizations or
companies achieve their core objectives through the appropriate leadership. Sometimes,
employees form either groups or teams to optimize organizational production activities. Through
various researches and studies, several aspects are used in distinguishing groups and teams
(Whittington, 2016). For example, team members share responsibilities while carrying out their
day in day out activities, whereas, group members don’t share any form of responsibility. Also,
