The digital divide is a word that is used to describe the difference between places that have
developed and have modern types of equipment to information and communication technology
and places that are still lagging in the technology of information and communication. This
difference mainly occurs between cities that are highly developed and rural areas that have not
yet developed technically (Monroe, 2004).
For one to be professionally digitalized in IT he/she needs to have basic IT skills, as a
professional one needs to understand computer architecture and networking concepts. They are
important for the investigations that will not only be limited to one system but he will have
access to different and many systems to help come up with certified evidence. Analytical and
investigative skills, these skills are important because, one needs to be able to critically analyze
